All Angels

The 2025 season at the Memorial Church of All Angels is upon us

 Please plan to join us at our 10:30 a.m. worship. All are welcome! We are continuing the tradition of “Lemonade on the Lawn,” following the Service and just outside the Church. 

We would love volunteers to keep things running smoothly. Various volunteer opportunities are listed below. If you get a call, please agree to be one who serves.

Notes & Volunteer Opportunities for Summer 2025

  • Sunday June 29 is “Opening Day” at Memorial Church of All Angels, 2025
  • Choir rehearsals are on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Join the choir on any Sunday. Just show up at 9:30 and we’ll give you a robe and hymnal. Children are welcome.
  • Services are Sundays at 10:30 a.m. Holy Communion and Morning Prayer will alternate.
  • Special music is always a wonderful feature of worship. Please contact Sheila Weber if you would like to offer a solo or instrumental selection.
  • Altar Guild – To help, contact Cyndy Stevens
  • Ushers – To volunteer, contact Mel Bennett
  • Readers – If you would like to read one of the lessons, contact Mel Bennett.

Clergy Bios

Reverend Michael Palmisano officiates on June 29 through July 6.

Rev. Michael Palmisano was ordained to the priesthood in January of 2020. He currently serves as Chaplain to the Middle School at Episcopal Academy in Newtown Square, PA. In this ministry he has the opportunity to lead chapels, teach religion courses, and serve in various other capacities including Cross Country and Track Coach. Prior to his time at Episcopal Academy, Michael served for three years as an Associate Rector at Church of the Redeemer in Bryn Mawr, PA. Michael received his M.Div. from Virginia Theological Seminary, his M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University, and his A.B. in Psychology from Princeton University. Michael is married to Theresa and has twin daughters, Rogan and Aline. He and Theresa met on their college track & field team and share a passion for running!

The Reverend Canon Jonathan Huyck officiates July 13 through July 27.

The Rev. Canon Jonathan Huyck is the rector of Grace Church in Providence, RI, where he has served since 2010. Prior to coming to Grace, Jonathan served as Canon Pastor of the American Cathedral in Paris, where he is an honorary canon. A native New Yorker, Jonathan is a graduate of Brown University, the University of Chicago Divinity School, and General Seminary in New York City. Most crucially, Jonathan is an alumnus of Twilight Park Day Camp and a life-long (well, since age 3, anyway) Twilighter, having grown up with brother Peter, sister Laura, and parents Phil and Mary in the yellow cottage at the top of Thank You Ma’am Road. “I have many happy memories of both the Park and All Angels, and I am thrilled and humbled to lead worship at the church of my youth and preach from the same pulpit as Bob Massie and Fred Burnham. My wife (Ann) and sons (Ben and Nate) and I look forward to being with you all this summer!

Reverend Ben DeHart officiates on August 3 through August 10.

Rev. Ben DeHart and his wife, Chelsy DeHart, are excited to be returning to Twilight Park. Ben now serves at the Rector of St. John’s Park Slope in Brooklyn, NY. A New Jersey native, Ben studied history and theology in Pittsburgh before moving to New York City, where he has ministered for over a decade.
Ben is passionate about preaching, teaching, and building authentic community. Whether after a Sunday worship or a weekday coffee he loves connecting with parishioners and newcomers alike.
Before St. John’s, Ben served as Canon for Parish Life at the Cathedral Church of the Advent in Birmingham, AL, Vicar of Calvary-St. George’s Church in Manhattan, and Associate Rector of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Oakmont, PA.

Reverend Deborah Lee officiating August 17 through August 31.

Rev. Deborah A. Lee is an Episcopal priest who graduated with a Master of Divinity degree and Certificate in Spiritual Direction from General Theological Seminary in Manhattan. She is an ecumenical spiritual director in private practice and also offers spiritual direction through the Annand Program for Spiritual Formation at Berkeley Divinity School at Yale and the Center for Christian Spirituality at General Theological Seminary. She served as an associate rector at St. Bartholomew’s in Manhattan, as priest-in-charge at St. Paul’s in Chester, NY, as assisting priest at Christ Church in Warwick, NY, and was formerly the Program Manager for Pastoral Care and Community at Trinity Church Wall Street. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and served as a mental health counselor and educator, both internationally and within the U.S. Her book, This Is Another Day: Reflections on Scripture, Faith, and Prayer for Action was published in 2023. Deborah is a member of Spiritual Directors International (SDI) and subscribes to their ethical standards and practices.
